COVID-19 Development Update - August 2020

Construction under Alert Level 2

Auckland moved to COVID-19 Alert Level 2 on Sunday 30 August. This will remain in place until at least Sunday 6 September 2020.

Alert Level 2 means we can continue our progress on construction sites with strict hygiene, health and safety and physical distancing measures in place.

Your safety is our priority. All construction and site workers working near your home will be following strict rules to keep themselves, you, and the community, safe from COVID-19. These rules will comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act and Ministry of Health guidelines. Mangere Development and Kāinga Ora have an audit process in place to ensure contractors are following these guidelines.

It's important to note that under Alert Levels 2, a NZ COVID Tracer QR code poster will be displayed at entrances, or in a prominent place, at all active businesses nationwide. This includes our sites.

Restrictions will remain in place until at least Sunday 6 September and information on this will be updated as soon as it is made available.
