We were thrilled to open the doors to our new homes in Aorere and welcome so many of you from the community to explore these beautifully crafted spaces. Located on Henwood Road and Mayflower Close, these homes have been designed with large, multi-generational whānau in mind, creating spaces that prioritise comfort, connection, and community.

Each home offers a thoughtful layout with options for 6-bedroom, 5-bedroom, and 3-bedroom configurations, allowing families to enjoy spacious living areas while balancing togetherness and privacy.
